Ganghoferstr. 29 is an existing office building in Schwanthalherhöhe, Munich. The building was being renovated by Oliv Architekten for the client Wealthcap who is developing the project. The scope of the renovation was to transform the once single tenant office into a multi tenant one, reimagine spaces like the roof terrace and main lobby, and to introduce 2 new entrances to the building that would integrate well with the existing design language set by the buildings prominent facade.
